Our bathroom was dirty, floor by air conditioner was wet and water from shower was brown. There was also no manager on site to talk to

As someone who travels for a living, I can say that this is one of my favorite places to stay! The staff is very courteous, the property is well maintained, and always clean!

We booked a pet friendly kitchenette room. There is no such thing here even though the website doesn’t disclose that. We were downgraded to a double queen room and had to argue to get the difference between the rooms refunded. Night clerk was rude and condescending. Outside “security” doors all open without having to use your room key for safety. Several families from our softball team stayed there, 4 families did not have working toilets and were told they could not fix it right now, but were handed plungers to try and fix it themselves. Same families could not shower for 2 of the days because the bath tubs would not drain water. No refund given! The first room we received did not have a working air conditioner. The second room we received had a working air conditioning unit but it was so loud it sounded like a small motor engine was being fired up each time it kicked on. No one in our family was able to sleep because of this loud noise. The arcade is really just an out of order video game from the 1990’s and 3 claw machines to get used looking toys out of. The breakfast was awful; watery eggs that you can’t even pick up with tongs, stale cereal and yogurt that is past the expiration date. The pool is so small compared to pics online. We had great expectation of this property as it is 5 minutes from ball diamonds and the description online paints a pretty picture, but it was the worst stay we’ve had. Please, do not waste your time and money by staying here.

We were charged 50 dollars for one dirty wascloth my son left on the sink trying to clean his shoes. We hung up all wet towels and left unused one folded as they were and we bagged up our on trash. Management refuses to speak with me becaue they are ",never there" night or day. The receptionist said there was vomit all over the sink whic we wiped down amd they had to throw the entire bathroom contents oit. Be sure to take pictures when you check out.

The tub was clogged and the breakasft was limited. No beverages to but coffee. No meat protein available. They can really use a step up on breakfast area. However the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool area was decent with a nice warm jacuzzi.

It was a perfect spot location-wise for everything we were doing on our trip. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfasts were enjoyable. If I had to say anything negative I'd that the pool is not very big but the hot tub was enjoyable. And maybe have additional creamer options with the coffee? Overall we would definitely stay there again.

My stay was comfy and great! Had to visit the front desk a couple of times to fetch things that were meant to be in the room. The room and the whole facility were very clean- it did look like the walls of the room had recently been cleaned and were a little streaky. Otherwise, a great place to stay for business! Had a nice pool and hot tub to relax.

We traveled up to see the eclipse and the only reasons we chose this hotel was due to their advertising of EV charging and pet friendliness. I travel with my pets often, so I’m used to paying a fee for them. I was not expecting to pay for EV charging. I usually don’t pay for charging if I’m a guest at the hotel. Also, there was no elevator so we had to tore everything up and down the stairs. We were so disappointed that we only stayed be night of the two we booked. The rooms are also dated and need renovations.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was good, small but it’s not a huge hotel. Came for the eclipse ,had an excellent time. My only complaint was staff were very loud at 6:30-730 setting up breakfast bar I guess. Lots of noise. Other than that we were very pleased. Great place to stay, definitely recommend.
